Who's With Your Child
Every adult working with campers at Zin Kids:
- Has passed a background check (criminal + sex offender registry)
- Is CPR / First Aid certified before the first day of camp
- Has completed orientation on our child safety protocols
- Is never alone with a single child (two-adult rule enforced during all sessions)
Facility Safety
Zin Kids meets at Zin Yoga Studio, 104 Rand Mill Rd, Garner NC — a controlled-entry indoor space.
Controlled Entry
Single-point entry/exit during camp hours. All arrivals and departures are logged.
Authorized Pickup
Authorized pickup list required at registration. ID checked for all adults at pickup — no exceptions.
First Aid On-Site
First aid kit on-site at all times. Emergency contacts and medical information collected before first day.
Climate Controlled
Studio is air-conditioned. Heat-day protocols in place for any outdoor activities.
You'll Always Know What's Happening
Parents receive a welcome email at registration, a reminder 48 hours before each week starts, and a daily summary text at 4:30 PM pickup time. If something unexpected happens, we call first and document second.

Every policy above exists for one reason: your child comes first. Safety isn't a checkbox at Zin Kids — it's the foundation everything else is built on. If you ever have a concern, reach out directly and we'll address it immediately.
